Lalita Kuehn, RMT, has been practicing massage therapy for over 13 years and is a member of the BC College of Massage Therapists and the Massage Therapy Association.  She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995.  Since then she has practiced in several Vancouver area clinics and has taught massage therapy for the Vancouver School Board.

Lalita's treatment is tailored to the needs of each individual.  She generally uses firm pressure with techniques such as myofascial release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilizations and trigger point therapy.  She has enjoyed working on a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns including pelvic imbalances, iliotibial band tightness, shoulder girdle injuries (including frozen shoulder), and nerve impingment syndromes such as carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndromes and sciatic nerve compression.  She also has experience with headaches, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue.

Lalita has a special love of working with expectant mothers and has continued her education in this area with post graduate studies in massage therapy for the childbearing years.
